The most comfortable memory foam arm pads I have ever used. They are very soft and firm to the touch. It comes in a zip lock plastic bag to keep the product from dirt and dust. The arm pads are easy to install. All I had to do is press the button on the drawstring to tighten around the arm chair and press that same button to loosen it to take it off. To clean the the covers for back the cover until you see the zipper. Unzipped it and remove the foam pads from the cover. Either hand wash or throw in the washer.
